In addition to managing the Rehearsal, Ceremony and Reception our services include:


One month prior to your Wedding Day:

  1. BulletUp to 3 meetings or 4 hours of service: at the brides discretion these hours can be used in a variety of ways during the thirty days prior to the wedding - ie pick-up and delivery of items such as gift baskets for hotel guests or used for vendor meetings etc.

  2. BulletPhone and email correspondence

  3. BulletReview of all vendor contracts

  4. BulletContact service providers for arrival times / communicate procedures for setup seven days prior

  5. BulletDevelopment and distribution of a detailed Wedding Day Timeline for the wedding party, family members and vendors


Day-of:

  1. BulletTwo coordinators onsite: coordination and management of the wedding day

  2. BulletWedding participant organization: ie. pinning corsages and boutonnières on family members, groomsmen and honored guests, line up and direct Processional, etc.

  3. BulletDelivery and setup of special items: ie. programs, guest book, card box, cake knife, favors, seating cards, candles, etc.

  4. BulletTransportation of flowers, guest book etc. between ceremony and reception sites

  5. BulletWelcoming and assisting guests with any questions

  6. BulletOversee all vendor commitments and ensure that your expectations are met: aid photographer in gathering people for your photos, décor displays, mc announcements, etc.

  7. BulletCueing all activities: processional, musicians, introductions, food services, first danes, toasts, etc.

  8. BulletSeamless resolution of issues as they arise: ie. seating for unexpected guests

  9. BulletDistribution of final vendor payments and gratuities on your behalf

  10. BulletUse of our “Ut-oh! Emergency Kit”: everything from a sewing kit, band-aids to stain remover and smelling salts.



Sure, you could ask a family member or friend to take on the responsibility of making your special day the stress-free, once-in-a-lifetime event that you’ve been dreaming of since you were 10.
